What would a 12 Week Coaching Program look like for me?

  • 90 minute Intake Session.
  • Eleven weekly 45 minute coaching sessions. The final session is designed to set new goals that will allow you to continue a healthy lifestyle.
  • Unlimited email support.

How would we meet?

  • Coaching sessions are conducted by telephone (telecoaching). Most coaching clients are already very busy. Telecoaching allows you to save travel time and focus on your conversation within the comfort of your home or office.
